Kristopher Ritzmann has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kristopher is currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Analysis at Casino Del Sol Resort since March 2019. Prior to this, Kristopher was the Partner at 2KR Consulting, LLC, which they co-founded in 2012, offering accounting, systems, advisory, and custom reporting services to businesses in the southwest.

In the past, Kristopher worked as the Director of Strategic Operations at ROLLING HILLS CASINO from June 2018 to March 2019. Kristopher also served as the Executive Manager of Strategy and Analysis at Casino Del Sol Resort from February 2016 to May 2018.

Their prior experience includes roles such as Planning & Analysis Supervisor and Financial Analyst at Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment from October 2011 to April 2015. Kristopher also served as the Director of Finance at the Rural Water Association of Arizona from March 2010 to October 2011. Earlier in their career, Kristopher worked as a Valuation Analyst at Brueggeman and Johnson Yeanoplos, P.C. from November 2007 to January 2010.

Kristopher Ritzmann earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Later on, they pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance, General, from the University of Arizona as well, during the academic year of 2013 to 2014.
