Kim Crosby has over 30 years of work experience in environmental compliance, hazardous materials management, and water quality. Kim currently holds the position of Director of Environmental Compliance at Casella Waste Systems, Inc., a role they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Environmental Compliance Manager at the same company, starting in August 2008.

Before joining Casella Waste Systems, Inc., Kim worked as a Hazardous Materials Specialist at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center from September 2006 to August 2008. Kim also served as an Environmental Analyst at the State of Vermont from September 2004 to August 2006.

Kim'searlier experiences include working as a Town Administrator for the Town of Warren, Vermont from September 2001 to September 2004, and as a Water Quality specialist for the State of New Hampshire Division of Environmental Services from May 1992 to September 1997. Kim also worked as a Hazardous Waste Technician at Pollution Solutions from January 1995 to January 1996, and as an Environmental Manager at Palisades Landfill from January 1993 to January 1995.

Kim Crosby attended Northern Vermont University from 1987 to 1991, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science.
