Dean Wise is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product support, quality assurance, and operations management. Currently serving as Product Support Manager at CASE Construction Equipment since October 2017, Dean focuses on enhancing service capabilities and optimizing product reliability through warranty evaluations. Prior to this role, Dean held multiple positions at CNH Industrial, including Product Definition/Cataloging Manager and Global Quality Assurance Process and Procedures Manager, where responsibilities included managing parts for new product launches and establishing global cataloging standards. Dean's earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at CBRE, overseeing building operations, and a distinguished career in the US Navy as Chief Petty Officer. Dean holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Columbia College, earned between 2004 and 2007.
