Julia Johnson serves as a Program Manager I at Cascadia Health, overseeing the Peer Navigator Program and the Community Navigator Pilot Program since May 2023. Additionally, Julia is a member of the Oregon Consumers Advisory Council, contributing to the Oregon Health Authority's efforts in Behavioral Health. Julia is currently involved in the QHMA Apprenticeship with United We Heal Training Trust, focusing on achieving QHMA-I certification. As a fundraiser for various non-profit organizations through Gateway Communications and a motivational speaker for multiple non-profits since 2003, Julia has excelled in driving positive change and exceeding fundraising goals. Previous roles include coordinating volunteers at NAMI Washington County, facilitating volunteer groups for Dual Diagnosis Anonymous, and managing cases for non-verbal neurodivergent adults. Julia's background in theater at Portland State University complements a commitment to enhancing mental healthcare through diverse experiences, including a dog grooming apprenticeship aimed at integrating animals into mental health practices.
