Cody Weiser has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Cody started their career in 2000 as an Officer in the Austin Police Department, where they responded to 911 calls and coordinated community-police meetings. Cody later worked as the President/CEO of Wild Boar USA, where they promoted hunting magazines, invented wild hog attractants, and designed safety equipment for hunting dogs. Cody also served as a Detective and Training Coordinator for the City of Schulenburg, handling major investigations, suspect interrogations, and off-duty security coordination. Cody then became a Patrol Sergeant and Investigator for the City of Hallettsville, overseeing work schedules, investigations, discipline, and tactical team development. Cody has also held roles as a Field Editor for Boar Hunter Magazine Inc and a District Manager for Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Cascadia Global Security, responsible for regional operations management.

Cody Weiser has a education history in Criminal Justice and Corrections. Cody attended Victoria College from 1998 to 2000 and Rio Salado College from 2000 to 2001. In addition to their education, they have obtained several certifications, including Personal Protection Officer IV from Texas DPS in 2020, Master Peace Officer from TCOLE in 2014, REED Interview/Interrogation from TCOLE and Private institution in 2012, Firearms Training Instructor from TCOLE in 2009, Instructor Certification from TCOLE in 2009, and Mental Health Officer from TCOLE in 2003.
