Jason Wackerly is an experienced professional with a diverse background in production and project leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Project Leader at Cascades since November 2020, Jason previously held the position of Production Supervisor at Ventura Foods from April 2006 to November 2020, where responsibilities included leading a team of 25 employees and overseeing production operations in both union and non-union environments. Jason possesses skills in Lean Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control, demonstrating a commitment to positive coaching and achieving organizational goals. Earlier experience includes working as a Paper Processor at Qualex Photo from April 2002 to April 2006. Jason completed high school at Benson Polytechnic High School, focusing on Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician.
