Chris Peterson, BSN, RN, has extensive experience in emergency nursing and teaching. Currently serving as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at OHSU Health Hillsboro Medical Center since April 2016, Chris holds certifications in TNCC, ENPC, and NRP, along with expertise in ultrasound-guided peripheral intravenous line placement. In addition to clinical work, Chris has been an instructor for Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS) at Cascade Training Center since 2018. Prior experience includes serving as a Field Training Officer at Metro West Ambulance and studying at LAC+USC Medical Center. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Puget Sound.
