Lance Hammer is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in digital marketing and design, currently serving as Senior Marketing Manager at Cascade Designs since April 2015, overseeing efforts for brands including Therm-a-Rest, MSR, Platypus, SealLine, and PackTowl. Previous roles at Cascade Designs include Marketing Manager for Therm-a-Rest and E-Commerce, where responsibilities encompassed managing digital marketing channels, e-commerce content, and annual marketing strategies. Prior to this, Lance held the position of Graphic Designer at Michigan State University, collaborating on event promotion and marketing materials, and worked as a Marketing & Design Consultant for Team Surf Peru.
