Shawn Allex has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Manufacturing Services Manager at Cascade Corporation since January 2001, where responsibilities include managing a diverse team and overseeing quality across the entire plant. Previously, Shawn held the position of Production Services Supervisor, leading projects related to ISO quality and environmental systems, while also supervising plant safety and engineering. Earlier experience as a Senior Project Engineer involved designing custom lift truck attachments using advanced 3-D modeling software. Prior to Cascade Corporation, Shawn worked as a Product Development Engineer at IMI Norgren, focusing on the development and testing of pneumatic components. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wright State University.
