Nicole Casanova¡¯s 1995 Masters was on Targeted Marketing on the Web and she was an early founder in three San Francisco startups, Homestore (Move.com), Lycos and Mypoints. All went public. All are still in business. From employee number three to a team of 2000+, overselling a $350k quota by $6.5 mil and negotiating one licensing deal that surpassed a decade¡¯s worth of total revenue, she¡¯s catalyzed rapid growth first hand.

Intrigued with behavior change, she created Shift, a game that shows people why they do what they do. With content from leaders like Marianne Williamson and Eckhart Tolle, Shift was sold in hundreds of stores, used in psychology practices, offered in workshops and as an online game with multi-player video chat. And, after working with clients from HP and Coca-Cola to Stephen Covey, she knows the best ways to change behaviors and make them stick - critical for developing the rock star entrepreneurial mindset.

She is a startup junkie that loves working with Digital, Tech, Media, Gaming, Advertising, LOHAS, socially conscious and women-led companies to uncover and execute on the lever points that will catapult them to success.

As a mentor for numerous accelerators and startup studios like Boomtown and Mergelane, she found herself advising female founders. As founding partner of The Vinetta Project, she's helped tech's top female founders raise over $180M.

Nicole¡¯s worked internal as an early founder or Interim CXO in numerous companies including one of the first online video providers, Mobilerider, a media buying agency, IMM, the first organic food delivery service, Mile High Organics, and even a biofeedback hardware provider, Wild Divine. More recently, she led a team at Interactions, the 17 year old leader in Conversational AI, building their AI voice enabled drive-thru program with the top restaurant chains, QSRs, and Fast Casuals. The largest Connected TV gaming company in the world hired her to build out their video content offerings by aggregating content for Roku, Amazon, Samsung, Sony etc. with the biggest influencers and content providers.

Nicole¡¯s company, Casanova Ventures, uses their Art of Leverage Advisement and Connection Curation to catalyze some of the biggest businesses, lead the growth on cutting edge emerging technologies, and give the next leaders of our time the resources and relationships they need to make their biggest impact.
