Roya Alt is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and marketing across various sectors, including healthcare, entertainment, and nonprofit industries. Currently, Roya serves as the Director of Communications at Casa Pacifica since June 2022. Prior roles include Marketing Director at the California Museum of Art Thousand Oaks from March 2020 to June 2022, and founder of MLC Communications from June 2013 to March 2020, where strategic public relations and social media were emphasized. Roya also held the position of Public Relations Senior Director at City of Hope from April 2001 to July 2012, managing a comprehensive public relations program to elevate the institution's visibility and engagement. Previous experience includes serving as Account Group Director at Alexander Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide and Senior Account Executive at Smith-Fischer Public Relations. Roya holds a B.A. in History and Chicano/a Studies from UCLA.
