Shayla Carranza Estrada is an experienced professional in the mental health and customer service fields, currently serving as Practice Manager at Casa Esperanza, Inc. in Boston since June 2022. Prior to this role, Shayla held positions as Administrative Coordinator at The Brookline Center for Community Mental Health from August 2021 to June 2022 and as a Mental Health Associate at Arbour Hospital between September 2019 and April 2021.
