Maija Tollefson is an experienced graphic designer and production artist with a diverse background in life enrichment coordination and activities assistance. Currently serving as a Life Enrichment Coordinator at Casa Dorinda since August 2022, Maija has maintained a freelance graphic design and production artist practice since April 2000, specializing in book design, production design, marketing, and collateral. Previous roles include Activities Assistant at Maravilla Retirement Community-Senior Resource Group, Volunteer Aide at Cottage Health, and various positions in graphic design and production at Zest Books, Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Red Wheel/Weiser, Yoga Journal Magazine, and Chronicle Books. Maija holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from California College of the Arts and has pursued additional education in professional development at Santa Barbara City College and UC Berkeley Extension.
