Imogene R. currently serves as the Equity Diversity and Inclusivity Advisor at CASA Mental Health, with a tenure that began in May 2023, and took on the role of Acting Manager from August to November 2023. Previously, Imogene R. held multiple roles at the University of Calgary from May 2020 to June 2023, including Graduate Research Assistant, where responsibilities included leading the redesign of the Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) program, serving as the Equity Action Committee Coordinator within the Faculty of Social Work, and contributing to MSW accreditation efforts. Earlier experience includes roles in student advising, program development, and research assistance at Mount Royal University and other organizations. Imogene R. holds a Master of Social Work with a focus on Clinical Practice in Adult Mental Health and Addictions from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Mount Royal University.
