Ahmad Farag has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ahmad began their career in 2010 as an Audio/Visual Technician at The Ohio Union. In 2012, they worked as a Java/Web Developer at Visible Equity Analytics for a brief period. Ahmad then joined the OSU Center for Human Resources Research in 2013 as a Software Developer. Ahmad's next career move was to Nationwide Insurance in 2014, where they served as a Senior Developer, IT Applications until 2016. Ahmad then transitioned to Cardinal Solutions as a Senior Software Engineer from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Ahmad is employed at CAS as a Software Engineer, a position they have held since November 2018. In 2020, they briefly worked at DAYBASE as a Software Engineer before completing the role in December 2022.

Ahmad Farag holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Engineering, which they obtained from The Ohio State University between 2009 and 2014. Ahmad further pursued their education at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they are expected to complete a Master of Science degree in Computer Science by the year 2023. Additionally, Ahmad earned the CSM ScrumMaster Certification in January 2015 from the Scrum Alliance.
