Jan-Christoph Kolb has a diverse work experience. Jan-Christoph started their career in 2004 as the Deputy Chief Editor and Magazine Editor for The Buenos Aires Herald. Jan-Christoph then moved on to work as a Manager and Sales Director for Hawk Associates Ltd / Forecast International, where they acquired major contracts and established the company's branch in South America. In 2008, they became the International Purchase Manager for AutoGlobalTrade AG, before joining CAS Miami in 2011 as an International Business Director. Most recently, they have been working as an International Business Director for CAS Auto Group since 2017.

Jan-Christoph Kolb pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Politics from SOAS University of London between 1998 and 2001. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended Columbia University from 2003 to 2004 to obtain a Master's degree in Journalism.
