Ellen's career in HR began at Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) as an HR Advisor from July 2015 to September 2016. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management from the University of the West of England and A Levels in Economics and Business, English Literature, and Ethics and Philosophy from Kelly College.
