Helen Pittaway is an experienced leader with significant board-level expertise. Currently serving as Chair and Board Member at Cartrefi Conwy since July 2019 and as a Board Member for Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru / Natural Resources Wales since February 2023, Helen also holds Non-Executive Director positions at River Capital and MSIF from September 2020 and January 2020, respectively. Prior experience includes an Executive Director role at Alcentra from November 2004 to June 2014 and Manager at N M Rothschild from June 2001 to November 2004, along with an Associate position at HSBC from March 1997 to June 2001. Educationally, Helen holds a BA in American Studies from Lancaster University, graduated in 1996.
