Mariana Aguirre is a knowledgeable professional with extensive experience in the fields of organic products, nutrition, and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store focused on organic body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. In addition, Mariana worked as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
