Rami Essam possesses extensive experience in executive leadership roles, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Cartona. Previously, Rami held various positions at Careem, including Commercial Director, General Manager, and Strategy & Planning Director. Earlier in their career, Rami worked at Etisalat Misr as Senior Team Leader for Roaming Products & Services and Team Leader for Roaming Customer Experience. Additionally, Rami gained experience at Mobinil as a Supervisor in Core Roaming & Interconnect Engineering and as a Core Operation Engineer. Rami holds a Master of Business Administration from The American University in Cairo, awarded through the Abdel Latif Jameel Fellowship, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
