Federico Sandino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in luxury retail management and client development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Client Development at Cartier since February 2018, Federico leads initiatives for the Client Relations Center across the US and Canada, focusing on enhancing client relationships and driving sales. Prior roles include Senior Store Director at Tiffany & Company, where responsibility encompassed the flagship location in San Francisco, and Director of the Engagement Floor in New York, managing sales operations and customer service. Earlier experience includes serving as Store Director at Zilli and Managing Director at Hermes, where Federico played a crucial role in the establishment of the New York flagship boutique. Federico holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations and Marketing from Florida International University.
