Adam Pierce is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within investment firms. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Tenkara Capital since January 2020, Adam is focused on providing differentiated capital and operating solutions for management teams to optimize their potential. Adam holds board positions at CarterPierce, INC. and Pyrophyte Acquisition Corp., while also acting as a Senior Advisor for FILD Search, LLC. Previously, Adam served as Advisory Partner at WindRose Health Investors and held the role of Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management from 2003 to 2019. Adam initiated a career in finance as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan before earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University in 2001.
