Ray Hutchinson serves as Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Carter Multifamily, where a focus is placed on acquiring middle-market, value-add multifamily properties across secondary and tertiary markets in the United States. Hutchinson also holds the position of Principal at Allegiant Multifamily Capital Advisors, a firm concentrating on high-growth multifamily investment and development in Sunbelt metropolitan statistical areas. Previously, Hutchinson was Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Providence Management Company, overseeing a Southeast-oriented real estate platform, and Senior Managing Director at Greystar, managing a large portfolio of apartment homes. Additional experience includes roles as Executive Vice President at Colonial Properties Trust and Vice President at Summit Properties. Hutchinson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Central Florida.
