Steve Higgins, CFRE, is the President & CEO of Carter, a global consultancy specializing in fundraising, philanthropy, governance, and organizational planning, a position held since September 2011. Prior to this role, Steve served as Senior Vice President at Ketchum from 2006 to 2011. Steve Higgins earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Elon University, graduating in 1990.
