Barbara Tartaglia-Poure, ACFRE, MLS, currently serves as Managing Director at Carter, Advancing Philanthropy Worldwide, a position held since September 2015. Prior to this role, Barbara was the Executive Director of Development and Director of Principal Gifts at The University of Toledo Foundation from September 2015 to June 2023, and Associate Vice President for Development at The University of Toledo from May 2011 to September 2015. Barbara also held the role of Associate Vice President for Development and Principal Gifts Officer at the University of Cincinnati Foundation from January 2008 to May 2011, and was the Director of Development at The University of Toledo from January 2001 to January 2007. Barbara holds a Master's degree in Liberal Studies with a focus on Leadership & Organizational Development from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor's degree in Independent Studies from Lourdes University.
