Muhammad Syahrial R. is a technical operations professional currently employed at Cartenz Group since February 2023, specializing in the maintenance and implementation of tax electronic fiscal devices for local governments in Indonesia. Previously, Muhammad served as a content creative at the Center of eLearning and Open Education at Telkom University from April 2022 to December 2022, where video production was a primary focus. An extensive background in content development includes roles as a videographer and editor, as well as IT helpdesk support within the same institution, showcasing expertise in technical assistance and training. Muhammad has also participated in various internships and training programs, enhancing skills in areas such as IoT system design and web-based programming. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Informatics and an Associate's Degree in Informatics Engineering, both awarded by Telkom University.
