Jake Spainhower, CPA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in fund accounting and financial analysis. Currently serving as Technical Enablement Manager at Carta since November 2021, Spainhower has also held positions as Manager and Associate Fund Controller within the same company. Prior to joining Carta, Spainhower worked at BMW Financial Services as a Finance Analyst and at UMB Fund Services in various accounting roles. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Accounting from Southern Utah University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Weber State University.
