Irene Zinnel-Morisco, MS, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Senior Manager of HR Business Partners at Carta since September 2023, after previously holding the Head of People position at Valon. Irene has extensive experience at Carta, having worked in various roles including Senior Manager, Manager, and HR Business Partner from January 2020 to July 2022. Prior to Carta, Irene contributed to WeWork as a People Partner and Senior Team Lead for Corporate Onboarding, where responsibility included building an onboarding process for approximately 200 new hires weekly across the U.S. Irene's career beginnings were at VTS, Inc. as Senior Coordinator in People & Culture, and at Frost & Sullivan as Corporate Event Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications from Baruch College.
