Gavin Yerxa is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff for Product at Carta since 2024. Previously, Gavin founded and served as CEO of thirdwork, a prominent fintech talent marketplace, where significant growth was achieved in talent acquisition. Prior experience includes leading product development as Head of Product at Knoetic, a people analytics platform, and holding various strategic roles at the Executive Office of the President, including Director of Strategic Planning at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. Gavin's career began at The World Bank as a consultant. Educational credentials include an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management and Finance from The Wharton School and a B.A. from the University of Southern California.
