Kristen Buell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive support and administration. Currently serving as the Senior Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO of Carson Group since May 2018, Kristen collaborates closely with Ron and the Leadership Team to advance the company's mission in financial advice. Prior to this role, Kristen was the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO at Burlington Capital from September 2012 to April 2018, where responsibilities included acting as the primary liaison for the Office of the Chairman and coordinating executive outreach. Earlier positions included Corporate Receptionist at Burlington Capital and roles in sales and coordination at Annette & Associates and Salon D. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, completed in 2018.
