Yaya Sarjat currently serves as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at CARSOME since May 2024. Previously, Yaya worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tune Protect Group from July 2022 to October 2024, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process and university partnerships. Prior experience includes positions as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Pop Meals, where responsibilities included both inbound and outbound recruitment strategies, and as an Executive Recruitment Consultant at Monroe Consulting Group, focusing on executive placements in emerging economies. Early experience involved a Sales and Marketing Intern role at Enaq Sauce Sdn Bhd, supporting marketing campaigns and brand management. Yaya holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the International Islamic University Malaysia, earned between 2013 and 2019.
