Osita Umahi has extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as the Marketplace Manager (B2C) and previously a Telesales Agent at Cars45 Nigeria since November 2021, where responsibilities include generating sales leads and handling customer grievances. Prior to this role, Osita worked as a Customer Service Representative at Access Bank Plc, ensuring compliance with bank policies and maintaining the customer database. Additionally, a position as a Trade Officer at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Abeokuta involved creating operational procedures and inspecting trading processes. Osita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Ebonyi State University, completed in 2017, and attended Holy Innocent Secondary School from 2005 to 2011.
