Stephen Hathaway has over 15 years of experience in executive operations and customer service. Stephen began their career in 2005 as an Operations Manager at Eastman Kodak Company. In 2012, they became the Manager of Customer Service at Siemens Medical Solutions. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Vice President of Operations at Viztek, a Konica Minolta Company. In 2015, they moved to Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas, Inc. where they served as the Vice President of Global Operations, Healthcare IT and Vice President of Operations. In 2017, they founded Hathaway Consulting LLC, where they served as the Principal Consultant. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Scinovia Corp. and Seneca Devices, Inc. In 2020, they also served as an Advisor to the Board of Gopher Mobile App and Chief Operating Officer at Carrot-Top Industries, Inc.

Stephen Hathaway obtained their High School Diploma from Hilton High School in Mathematics in 1996. In 2014, they obtained two certifications from the Management and Strategy Institute: Change Management Specialist and Six Sigma Lean Professional. In 2018, they obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: John Maeda on Design, Business, and Inclusion and Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership. In 1996, they also obtained a Certificate in Printing from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
