Allison Phelps serves as the Consultant Relations Director at Carrot Fertility, leading efforts to expand access to fertility care worldwide since January 2023. Prior to this role, Phelps was the Director of Strategic Alliances at Stork Club from March 2022 to December 2022. Phelps garnered significant experience at Aon from June 2013 to March 2022, where roles included Assistant Vice President, Senior Benefits Consultant, and Benefits Consultant. Earlier career positions included various roles at Mercer from June 2009 to May 2013 and an internship at UBS in 2008. Phelps holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, obtained in 2009.
