Suzanne Kondner serves as the President of Human Advantage, Inc., a leader in workplace training and development since 1987, focusing on creating engaging learning experiences that enhance talent and performance. In addition to this role, Suzanne has held multiple adjunct faculty positions at several institutions, including Anne Arundel Community College, College of Southern Maryland, Carroll Community College, and Howard Community College since the early 2000s. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Internal Consultant at Maryland National Bank from 1985 to 1987. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Personnel Management from the University of Baltimore and a certificate in Finance from AIB College of Business.
