Richard D. currently serves as the Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at Carroll College and has been part of the HELENA YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION INC as a Youth Soccer Coach since January 2021, where notable achievements include coaching champions in multiple age groups. Richard's extensive coaching experience spans over a decade and includes roles such as Regional Director at Coerver Sac Sierra, JV Coach/Assistant Varsity Coach at Del Oro High School, and Academy Director at Ethos FC. Richard has contributed to the development of youth soccer programs at various organizations and colleges, showcasing a strong commitment to fostering talent in the sport. Richard holds a high school diploma from Arroyo High School in San Lorenzo, California.
