Charles Gross is currently the Director of Athletics at Carroll College, a role Charles has held since March 2016. Prior to this, Charles served as the Senior Associate Athletics Director at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee from 2009 to March 2016. With a background in coaching, Gross held various coaching positions at institutions such as the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, Maine Maritime Academy, and Loras College. Charles holds a Master's degree in Athletic Administration from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Philosophy from Saint John's University.
