Scott Hitchcock has extensive experience in managing budgets, overseeing multiple locations, and developing new programs in various leadership roles at YMCA of the North Shore. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at The Carroll Center for the Blind, Scott collaborates with the CEO and department heads to drive organizational change and growth. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Trinity College, Scott Hitchcock has a proven track record of effectively managing budgets, increasing surplus, and providing leadership to staff and volunteers.
