Oskar Sobanski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various industries. As the Founder and CEO of Lean Executive since October 2023, Oskar leads strategic initiatives. In addition, Oskar has served as the Managing Director of Carrière Uitzendbureau and Implementation Project Manager since September 2021. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Pollux BV and Stip United sp. z o.o., and Key Account Manager at Seggment Arbeidsbemiddeling. Oskar's career began at HOBIJ Pioneers at Work, where Oskar held multiple roles including Account Specialist, Intercedent, and Coordinator from September 2016 to February 2019.
