Prior roles include National Sales Head for Residential Business at Carrier Air conditioning and Refrigeration Ltd., where Parag developed a robust retail network and managed significant sales turnover. Previous experience includes managerial positions at Daewoo Electronics and Whirlpool of India Ltd., where notable achievements included launching the Whirlpool brand in Rajasthan.
