Lisa Holman has extensive experience in operations and management within the laboratory and environmental sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Carpenter Additive since July 2016, Lisa has held various roles including Operations Lead, Laboratory Manager, and Quality Engineer. Concurrently, as County Secretary for Girlguiding Cheshire Forest since January 2021, Lisa supports and disseminates information to all guiding units. Previous roles include Weaver Division Commissioner and Cell Leader/Supervisor at ALcontrol Laboratories, where responsibilities encompassed staff management and quality assurance. Lisa began a career at the Environment Agency as an analyst, focusing on sample extraction and equipment validation. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Senior Leadership from The University of Manchester and an undergraduate degree in Environmental Analysis from The University of Huddersfield, complemented by advanced science qualifications from Oldham Sixth Form.
