Sean Valdez is an accomplished software specialist with extensive experience in the field of telecommunications, specializing in the Avaya Aura suite of applications. Currently employed at Carousel Industries since November 2015, Sean is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying various Avaya applications. Prior roles include similar responsibilities at PMTelco and technical support expertise at AdvanTel Networks, where Sean contributed to numerous significant projects as an Avaya Certified Expert. Additionally, Sean has a strong foundation in systems support from positions at Avaya Inc. and Lucent Technologies, coupled with early data entry roles that provided a comprehensive understanding of customer service and technical assistance.
