Kevin Castillo is a Collaboration Engineer NII at Carousel Industries since January 2017, specializing in the design, planning, and deployment of Cisco UC applications including CUCM, IM&P, Unity, UCCX, Expressway, and CER, as well as configuring Cisco Expressway for MRA, Webex Hybrid Services, B2B calls, and WebRTC. Previously, Kevin served as a Support Collaboration Engineer, focusing on configuring calling privileges in Cisco Unified Communications Manager and implementing toll fraud prevention. Additionally, Kevin has been a Network Project Engineer NII at Soutec LLC since July 2014, working on Cisco Integrated Management Controller configuration and managing VMware ESXi systems. Kevin's early experience includes an internship as a Programming Tutor at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. Kevin holds an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from UCAB, obtained in 2014.
