Darci Petty has extensive experience in business development and management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Physician Relations & Recruitment at Carondelet Health since 2007, Darci oversees physician recruitment and retention for St. Joseph Medical Center. Prior to this role, Darci worked at Covenant Skin Care, focusing on marketing and personnel management for a non-surgical medical cosmetic center, and held a similar business development position at Copies FYI, where responsibilities included HIPAA compliance training and marketing strategies. Darci earned a degree from The University of Kansas between 1988 and 1992.
