Velda Balmer is an experienced educator currently serving as a teacher at Richmond City Public Schools since August 2018 and at Caroline County Public Schools in Virginia since August 2017. With a background in English Language Arts education, Velda seeks opportunities in ESL teaching. Additionally, Velda has worked as a Red Coat Lady at Party Assurance Inc. since August 2014 and as a substitute teacher with Bloomfield Hills Schools since September 2012. Velda holds a Master of Teaching degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
