Tony Cooper is a Senior Road Design Engineer Associate at Carolina Transportation Engineers and Associates, PC, since April 2023. Prior to that, Tony held the position of Civil Engineer/Associate IV (Road Design) at SC Department of Transportation since February 1995. Tony completed their education at Midlands Technical College from 1990 to 1992.
