Nora Guerra, MHA, currently serves as the Area Manager for Provider Experience at Carolina Complete Health Network, Inc., having progressed through multiple roles within the company since February 2021. Prior experience includes various positions in customer service and relationship management within healthcare settings, such as a Patient Experience Intern at AdventHealth and a Marketing Coordinator at Pulmonary & Sleep of Tampa Bay. Nora's background also encompasses work in volunteer management and health promotion, demonstrated through internships at the American Lung Association and the Dickey Health and Wellness Center. Educational credentials include a Master of Health Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of Tampa, along with studies at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
