Brian S. Harkins SPHR, SHRM-SCP serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh since February 2017. Previously, Brian held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at National Development from July 1994 to January 2017, providing leadership for National Health Management Inc. and its parent company. Additionally, Brian contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Graduate School of Business at the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2008. Brian earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Francis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University. Furthermore, Brian is a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh, Class XXXIV, from 2017-2018.
