Kashish Sindhwani is a current student at Carnegie Mellon University pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration. As Team Lead for the Emerging Leaders Programme at CMU's SLICE Office, Kashish mentors student leaders and organizes events focused on leadership development. Additional roles include Food Service Worker at Capital Grains, Non-Profit Consultant for the American Marketing Association, and Business Development Intern at Deck Rooster, where significant contributions were made to create client presentations and develop narratives for a spiritual tech platform. Previous experience includes co-founding Communities&Connections to enhance youth engagement with NGOs, serving as a Student Consultant for the Development Solutions Organization, and working as a Research Analyst for Smart Woman Securities. Kashish has also conducted independent research under academic guidance, showcasing a diverse skill set in leadership, marketing, and social impact.
