Allison Braund-Harris is an accomplished executive and educator with extensive experience in brand strategy and design. As the Chief Executive Officer of Hardly since May 2020, Allison has led a professional development platform focused on career progression. Concurrently, Allison serves as an Entrepreneurship Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, contributing to the academic field. Previous roles include Manager of Strategy & Account at Beardwood&Co., where Allison managed client relationships for major brands and directed brand innovation efforts.
